How To Register

Please read the entire message below regarding Registration for Camp before you start filling out the forms.

Registering for the camp is a click away. You will be able to fill in the fields indicated on the PDF and Submit via email.

You will then be registered for this year's camp after Submitting your Application, Parental Consent Form and payment of the Registration Fee. An Application and Consent From not followed by a DEPOSIT or Full payment will not be considered as completed and confirmed Registration. Full payment or deposit must be made at the time of Submitting your Forms.

Below is a link to fill out both the Application and Parental Consent Form.  Both forms will need to fill out. You will not be able to attend the camp if both forms are not filled out correctly and with a parent's signature.

In addition to the Application and Consent forms, below is a Lunch Box Form and for Day Campers, a Dinner Form is also below. All forms will be able to be submitted via Email. Parents are welcome to have dinner with us.

Coaches and Campers over 18, please fill out the Concent form below labled over 18 years old.

You may Submit via email, by clicking the Summit by Email Button, in addition to submitting via email, the Parental consent Form must be faxed to us, to the following number (803) 777-0964.

Forms can be mailed in, please submit via email first. This will help reduce the paper work during registration. All payment are done via PayPal.

An email conformation will be sent after your fax, payment, and forms are received. This will be your conformation that you will be attending the VA Camp.

If you are paying your registration fee after the deadline, then a $65.00 late fee will be added along with a 5% processing fee. All registrations must be paid in full prior to check in.

Lunch Box Form (all campers are required to fill this form out)

Day Camper's Dinner Form (for Day Campers wanting to have dinner with the rest of the campers, $10.00 per dinner. Parents are welcome to join as well.)
