VA Camp Camper Info

 


Resident Camper

Week 1: Resident campers will receive a LoJo Vault Assault Camp T-shirt. Campers must be checked in on Monday, December 27th, 2010 at the Inn at USC from 11:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. Meals will be provided from dinner on Monday, December 27th, 2010 evening through Wednesday, December 29th, 2010 evening

Campers will need to pack all belongings Thursday, December 30th, 2010 morning and bring their bags to the Fieldhouse. All campers will depart from the Fieldhouse Thursday evening.

Day Camper

Week 1: Day campers will receive a LoJo Vault Assault Camp T-shirt. Campers must be checked in on Monday, December 27th, 2010 at the Inn at USC from 11:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. Lunch only will be provided daily for day campers starting Tuesday, December 28th, 2010 through Thursday, December 30th, 2010. Day Campers will have the option to eat dinner with the Resident Campers and Coaches each night for $10.00 per dinner.

H. S. & College Coaches Training

Week 1: Coaches will receive a LoJo Vault Assault Camp T-shirt. Coaches must be checked in on Monday, December 27th, 2010 at the Inn at USC from 11:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. Coaches will be permitted to watch and participate in drilling and exercises by paying the coaches registration fee. There will be a Coaches Clinic / Seminar / Discussion on Monday - Wednesday evening starting at 9:45 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The use of personal video cameras, phones, or other media recording devices, will be permitted, however, all rights are reserved to the LoJo Vault Assault Camp and LoJo Entertainment and only authorized for limited, and non-duplication or reproduction purposes by coaches.

Pole Vaulters

VA Camps are directed by the Assistant Coach at the University of South Carolina and two-time Olympian in the pole vault Lawrence "LoJo" Johnson, the VA Pole Vault Camp promises to provide a unique experience for both men and women pole vaulters of all levels. The vault camp will emphasize efficient vaulting technique, mental preparation, and vault specific gymnastic training among other exercises. Pole vaulters must bring their own poles.
