Vault Assault Camp Registration

How To Register

Please read the entire message below regarding Registration for Camp before you start filling out the forms.

Camp Dates:July 5th-8th, 2012

Registering for the camp is a click away. After submitting your payment you will then be able to download the required forms for camp. You will be able to fill in the fields indicated on the PDF forms and Submit via email.

Your registration for Vault Assault Camps is complete after submitting Payment of Registration Fee, Application, and Parental Consent Form.

Please fill out and email and/or fax all forms back to Vault Assault. You can not participate in camp if all forms are not filled out correctly and with a parent's or guardian's signature.

All forms must be submitted via Email using the Submit by Email Button on the form. In addition to submitting via email, the Parental consent Form must be faxed to us, to the following number (888) 822-8781.

Forms can be mailed in, please submit via email first. This will help reduce the paper work during registration.

All payments are done via PayPal.

An email conformation will be sent after your payment and forms are received. This will be your conformation of your reservation with Vault Assault Camps.

The 2012 WinterSummer Vault Assault Camp Registration Deadline is Friday, June 22nd, 2012.

If you are paying your registration fee after the deadline, then a $65.00 late fee will be added along with a 5% processing fee.

All registrations must be paid in full prior to check in.

Coaches and Campers over 18:

Please fill out the Consent form labeled Over 18 years old.

Day Campers:

Dinner Forms are available as well if you would like to have dinner with your fellow campers.

Parents are welcome to have dinner with us as well. Meals have always been a home run with Vault Assault Camps.
