Whether a pole vault beginner or elite athlete, training is the most important factor in your performance. Train daily with a former HS, NCAA, US, & World Champion. Your training should focus on sharpening your athletic skills while improving your technique & performance.

A personalized training plan will help you stay on path for maximizing your athletic, technical, & mental development. A Vault Assault Monthly Training Plan
- A customized monthly training plan developed specifically for the member.
- The training plan will address any athletic issues regarding strengthening and conditioning for the member.
- The training plan will be developed around the member’s competition schedule during the competing months.
- The member will have an upgraded online membership to www.vaultassaultonline.com where instructional videos will be available to help athlete understand their workouts/drills listed on the monthly training plan.
- The member will be able to sign up of unlimited club clinics per month that include pole vault, gymnastic, and sprint sessions.
- These club clinics will be at first come first serve basis and the member will have to sign up for them in advance via the web site (max 10 athletes per session).
- Member will be given 10% discount towards scheduled private lessons if athlete chooses to schedule such private lesion.
- Member will be given 25% discount towards camps as a Resident or Day Camper only.
- Member will receive a letter of recommendation for LoJo Vault Assault stating the athletes potential as a pole vaulter on a collegiate level and detailing where the athlete’s development is currently and what the athlete has accomplished and improved while being developed as part of the Vault Assault Trining Program.
- The Team Vault Assault High School Recruiting Supplemental Packet including tips and guides to Identifying the Right Colleges, Scholarship Advice, NCAA Clearinghouse Information, Financial Aid information and more.

Vault Assault Monthly Training Plans provide training for your resources and setup wherever your are. For instance, if your high school does not have gymnastics apparatus, we can shift your training to the next best thing.

After you finish the membership process via PayPal, you will then be able to download the VA Training Plan Application and Questionnaire. Forms can then be faxed or emailed to (888) 822-8781 or trainingplans@lojovaultassault.com. In addition to the forms, video of the athlete will also need to be submitted to create the customized training plan. 48 Hours receiving the forms, video, and completing the interview, a personalized monthly training plan will then be emailed to the email address provided on questionnaire.
