Whether a pole vault beginner or elite athlete, training is the most important factor in your performance. Train daily with a former HS, NCAA, US, 2-time Olympian and World Champion. Your training should focus on sharpening your athletic skills while improving your technique and performance.

A personalized training plan will help you stay on path for maximizing your athletic, technical and mental development. A Vault Assault Monthly Training Plan prepares a daily regiment of athletic and skilled developmental activities catered to your specific needs. VA Monthly Training Plans can coordinate with your team or coach to provide the best developmental schedule for your desire and potential.

Vault Assault Monthly Training Plans provide training for your resources and setup wherever you are. For instance, if your high school does not have gymnastics apparatus, we can shift your training to the next best thing.

Vault Assault Online Training Plans has been a secret of success for many aspiring young pole vaulters. And while many search for the path to championship performances and success, LoJo and Team Vault Assault know the way.

Coach LoJo is a 2x HS National Champion, 4x NCAA champion, 7x US Champion, World Champion, 2x Olympian, Olympic Silver Medalist, World Junior decathlon Pole Vault Record holder, current NCAA record holder, American Indoor Record holder, and former American Outdoor Record holder.

As a coach, LoJo and Team Vault Assault has guided many athletes to numerous records, state and HS national championships, collegiate scholarships, SEC conference titles, NCAA all Americans, and national championships.

Since 2008, LoJo’s Vault Assault has provided online training and support for ambitious pole vaulters. Utilizing decades of proven regimented training learned from years of experience. Vault Assault Training Plans recognizes the individuality of each athlete and designs an exclusive training program for your unique environment and resources.

Vault Assault Training Plans cover all aspects of training including: strength, power, speed, endurance, technique, and mobility.

Your Vault Assault Training Plans includes a daily training schedule, video tutorials, online critiques and discussions, and more.

Once an athlete becomes a member


After subscribing to our training plan service, the athlete will receive:

Customized Training Plan

A customized monthly training plan developed specifically for the member.

Strength and Conditioning

The training plan will address any athletic issues regarding strengthening and conditioning for the member.

Discount

Member will receive a 10% discount on Private Lessons.

Competition Schedule

The training plan will be developed around the member’s competition schedule during the competing months.

Letter of recommendation

Member will receive a letter of recommendation for LoJo Vault Assault stating the athletes potential as a pole vaulter on a collegiate level and detailing where the athlete’s development is currently and what the athlete has accomplished and improved while being developed as part of the Vault Assault Training Program.

Recruting Supplement Packet

The Team Vault Assault High School Recruiting Supplemental Packet including tips and guides to Identifying the Right Colleges, Scholarship Advice, NCAA Clearinghouse Information, Financial Aid information and more.
